We are only able to respond to messages regarding a school's entry in the Attain Guide if sent by a member of staff using an official school email address.

Broadcasting and advertising rules

Attain is based in Oxford in the United Kingdom and subject to UK jurisdiction for broadcasting and advertising rules. Ofcom regulates the editorial content of on-demand programme services (ODPS). This includes ensuring that particular rules are observed. These rules require certain material to be restricted to adults, prohibit other material (including that likely to incite hatred) altogether, and govern product placement in programmes and sponsorship of individual programmes or services. If you have complained to us and you are dissatisfied with our response, you can submit a complaint about any of these aspects of our on-demand service to Ofcom using the online complaint form at https://www.ofcom.org.uk/complaints/complain-about-tv-radio-a-website/something-you-have-seen-on-a-video-ondemand-service
