St Aubyn's School
St Aubyn's School is an independent day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 11 in Woodford Green, Essex. The school is situated in 8 acres of beautiful grounds with excellent facilities to support the curriculum and offers numerous co-curricular activities. The school puts emphasis on 'development of the whole child and not just the examination candidate.'
St Aubyn's School has been a thriving preparatory school since it was founded in 1884 as a single-sex boys' boarding school. In 1995, the School admitted girls for the first time and has continued to grow and thrive. From next year, it enters a new period of development and expansion by restructuring to be a 3 to 11 school.
Head Louis Taylor says: 'As the new Head, I am excited to be leading a prestigious school into the future, with the perfect balance between academic rigour and personal development for each and every pupil.'
