Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School is an independent day school for boys and girls aged 4 to 11 in West London.
The school prides itself on its sense of community and its holistic approach to education, placing great importance on the intellectual, physical, social and spiritual development of each pupil.

Headmaster Carl Howes says: 'We encourage our children to develop a ‘growth mindset’ approach towards their learning so that they appreciate the value of practice, hard work and responding to feedback from their teachers and peers. Our pupils are encouraged to take risks, to opt for challenging activities and to view any mistakes that they make along the way as valuable opportunities for further learning, rather than something to be afraid of.'
'We provide opportunities for our children to communicate and collaborate, to think creatively, to persevere with a challenging activity and to be resilient when things don’t go to plan. We encourage our pupils to be adaptable so that they can apply their learning to new activities and questions. We believe that these qualities of communication, collaboration, creativity, perseverance, resilience and adaptability will enable each child to make a valuable contribution to the workplace of the future.'
The school is part of a group of schools, including Kew Green Preparatory School and two senior schools – Kew House and Maida Vale School.
