After so much disruption to young people’s lives over the past two academic years and against the backdrop of educational uncertainty, St George’s Ascot are immensely proud of their outgoing Upper Sixth pupils who have achieved excellent outcomes at A Level.

Continuing the positive upwards trajectory of academic results at St George’s from the pre-pandemic years of public exams, pupils achieved 100% A*-A in French, 57% A*-A in Maths and 100% A*-B in Geography, Chemistry, Politics, Drama and Fine Art among other impressive outcomes.

In addition, nearly all Sixth Formers at St George’s undertake the EPQ, an independent research project highly regarded by universities, and this year’s results were outstanding with 71% at A*-A grades.

Georgians will be heading off to a variety of further education institutions next month including Oxford, UCL, Durham, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Brighton universities and a number of Arts colleges, to study a range of subjects across the sciences, humanities and creative arts.

Among the top performers, Head Girl Milly secured her place at New College, Oxford to study PPE with excellent grades of A*AA.

Deputy Head Girl Alice, also with A*AA, will be studying Applied Sports Science at Edinburgh, and Performing Arts Scholar Isabel achieved A*A*AB and will be pursuing her studies in Musical Theatre.
